40 oz rum
2/3 of 40 oz bottle water
2 1/2 cups sugar
Angostura bitters
grated fresh nutmeg
2 tsp mokatia

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large pot. Fill 2 (40 oz) bottles with punch divided - the same amount in each.
Fill bottles with lime juice.
Shake bottles before using.
Recipe can be halved.
Use same proportions.
