Beans
Beets
Carrots
Celery
Onion
Cabbage
Tomatoes
Meat (beef soup bone with meat on it)
salt
sweet cream (or sour cream)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Cut up beets, carrots, celery and onion and cook.

Separately cook meat.

Separately cook beans or cook with other vegetables.

When meat is cooked, set aside and pour liquid into vegetables. Add cut up cabbage, continue cooking, add salt. Add tomatoes, cut up meat into soup, and cook again. Add sweet cream
