1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
cup peanut butter
2 cups biscuit baking mix
1 teaspoon vanilla
Granulated sugar
Hershey Kisses optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixer bowl beat condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add biscuit mix and vanilla. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork or put Hershey Kiss in middle of cookie and push down. Bake 6 to 8 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool Store tightly covered at room temperature.

This is my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe. Most people rave about how moist they are. On top of that they are easy. Unwrapping the Hershey Kisses is the hardest part.
