1/2 Cup melted margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tesp. baking powder
1 4 teasp baking soda
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 small can well drained crushed pineapple
Directions:
Directions:
Put into mixing bowl melted margarine, add sugar, eggs & mix together well. Sift dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture mix well add pineapple and nuts, pour in greased & floured pan-9 x 13,bake at 350º for 30 t0 40 minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.
