1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Mix well. Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Flatten with fork in crisscross pattern. Bake at 325degrees for 10 minutes, The cookie will be soft on top. This reciepe may be doubled.

This is great for a 4-H demonstration or for kids to be able to do. The bonus is that they taste good too. When I need cookies in a hurry these are fast. People are always fascinated that there is no flour or leveling.
