"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
1 cup chunky peanut butter 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix well. Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Flatten with fork in crisscross pattern. Bake at 325degrees for 10 minutes, The cookie will be soft on top. This reciepe may be doubled.
This is great for a 4-H demonstration or for kids to be able to do. The bonus is that they taste good too. When I need cookies in a hurry these are fast. People are always fascinated that there is no flour or leveling.
