10 oz. cake flour
10 oz. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. white wine
approximately. 1/2 c. hot water, mix in 1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and oil using your hands
Once oil is incorporated, gradually add white wine
Then slowly add mixture of water and salt and work dough
Place dough to rest for 10 minutes on a double boiler over hot water
Start rolling out dough in small pieces
Cut into strips and pinch together every half inch and then form pinwheel.
Fry in vegetable oil and let cool
Only once they are cooled down, heat honey and some water and place pinwheels in mixture to cook until honey comes to a boil
Add water if liquid becomes too thick
