6 pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice
3 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from chops and brown on both sides. In baking dish, mix rice, water, salt, pepper, onion and soup. Add green pepper. Arrange chops on top. Cover with foil and bake in 375 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
