1 bag (10 oz) puffcorn,
1/2 lb. butter (not margarine),
1 cup brown sugar,
1/2 cup light corn syrup,
1 tsp. baking soda.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, brown sugar and light corn syrup in a 2 quart saucepan.
cook for 2 minutes. Add baking soda. Mixture will foam.

Pour puff corn into large roaster pan. Pour carmel sauce over puff corn and stir until mixed.

Place in oven at 375º and bake for 50 minutes. Stir at least every 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour on waxed paper and break apart when cooler.
