1 cup chopped onion,
1 1/2 cup chopped celery,
1/2-1 cup margarine,
2 Tbl. parsley flakes,
1 tsp. poultry seasoning,
2 tsp rubbed sage,
1/2 tsp. black pepper,
12 cups dry bread cubes
1-2 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet saute onion and celery in butter until soft. In large bowl, toss bread cubes, parsley flakes, poultry seasoning, sage and pepper. Add sautéed vegetables and toss to mix. Spoon broth over mixture gradually, tossing lightly and adding broth until mixture is moist but not wet. Spoon lightly into casserole dish.
