1 large onion,
1 1/2 tsp. garlic.
2 Tbls. olive oil,
Saute ingredients above and then push to the sides making a circle. Add: 1 Tablespoon tomato paste and fry a little.

Add 5-6 diced Roma tomatoes. Put lid on and simmer. Don't add water!

Cut and dice 1 lb. of chicken and add to sauce; After chicken is cooked add 1 small can of mushrooms and 1 can corn, drained. Simmer; Last add 1 pint whipping cream.

Cook 2 cups uncooked rice. Serve rice with stroganoff on top.
