2/3 cups olive oil,
1 1/2 tsp. salt,
dash of cayenne pepper,
1/4 cup lemon juice,
1/2 tsp. dry mustard,
Mix the above in blender.

1 small head cauliflower-broke into bite small pieces,
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced (fresh),
1 10 oz. pkg. thawed frozen peas,
1 medium sweet onion, sliced,

Mix vegetables and pour on liquid. Coat well and cover. Refrigerate at least 2 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally.

Add 1/4 cup bacon-flavor bits when ready to serve.
