3 lbs. boned chicken, diced
1 c. celery, sliced
2 medium onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped and seeded
1 stick butter
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. jar of sliced pimentos
1-7 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cans chicken broth
1 lb. cooked spaghetti
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery, onion and bell peppers in melted butter. Combine sauted vegetables with all other ingredients, except Parmesan cheese. Simmer until thickened. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
