Ingredients:  
5 big peeled and chopped potatoes,
1 medium onion,
4 cups chicken broth,
2 cups milk,
broccoli and celery to taste,
salt and pepper to taste
1 8 oz. cream cheese,

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in small amount on water. Add broth, milk, broccoli and potatoes. Bring to a boil being careful not to scorch it. Simmer until potatoes are tender and towards the end add the cream cheese. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until thick. Garnish with cheese and bacon.
