2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 whole onion, chopped
1 small package frozen broccoli
4 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 Tbs. corn meal

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a Pyrex dish. Dust with corn meal

Combine all ingredients, mixing until smooth. Pour into Pyrex dish. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
