1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Layer # 2:
1 lb. can pumpkin
13 oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves

Topping:
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
For crust, mix flour, oatmeal, br. sugar and butter until crumbly. Bake in an ungreased 9"x13" pan at 350º for 15 minutes.
Beat pumpkin, milk, eggs,sugar, and spices. Pour over crust and bake for 20 minutes. Add the toppping and then bake for an additional 15 minutes more. Serve with whipped cream.
