1 c, peanut butter
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream peanut butter and shortening together. Add sugar. Blend until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix dry ingredients together. Gradually add to creamed mixture.

Roll mixture into 1" balls. Mash using a fork, putting a cris-cross pattern.

Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
