8 large tomatillos, husked
10 chilies (such as jalapeņo) seeded and deveined
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. cilantro, removed stems and chop
1/2 t. salt
1/2 onion
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tomatillos in pan of water. Drain. Add tomatillos and all other ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. Salt to taste. Salsa can either be eaten fresh or it can be quickly fried in pan with small amount of oil, which helps to preserve it a bit longer.
