bottom round roast
1pkg Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
1 medium onion coarsely chopped
6-7 stalks of celery coarsely chopped
1 small bag mini carrots
4-5 potatoes peeled and cubed

Set slow cooker to low
rub roast with Lipton onion soup mix
add cream of mushroom and coat roast
add chopped vegetables and mix
add 1/2cup water
cook for 7-8 hours
