8 c cubed raisin or egg bread
2 apples peeled and cubed

For Sauce:
6 egg yolks
1 c cream
1/2 c milk
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Layer bread and apples. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over bread mixture. Cook in a water bath for 30 min @ 350*.
May use an orange, butterscotch, or ice cream for topping.

Mom absolutely loves Oprah! I remember visiting on ocassion and it would come 4:00 in the afternoon and she would remind us all it's OPRAH time! So the television would come on and we would watch!
