6 cups zucchini and summer squash
1 1/2 cups shredded onion
salt and pepper
2 1/4 cup Bisquick pancake mix
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
3 eggs

Mix ingredients. Pour into greased lasagna pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes, until top in brown.
