2 boxes frozen broccoli
1/2 c. miracle whip salad dressing
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cut up chicken (pre-cooked)
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can french fried onion rings (Durkees)
1/2 c. + bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw the broccoli. Put it in a greased glass baking dish (flat). Preheat the oven to 350º. Mix the soup, mayo, almonds, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and chicken together. Frost the broccoli with this mixture. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes. The last five minutes sprinkle with the bread crumbs and onion ring pieces and finish browning.

I cover the baking dish for the first 20 minutes with some al. foil. This is a very good chicken dish For a little variation stir in some shredded cheddar cheese also. This adds calories but it is very tasty
