4 pints green tomatoes
2 pints green peppers
4 good size onions
2 tbsp salt
1 pint vinegar
1 1/2 pint sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp pickling spice
celery seed (optional)

After grinding, sprinkle with salt, let stand for 1 hour, drain, cook for 15 minutes in 1 pint vinegar and 1 1/2 pint sugar, cinnamon and pickling spice
(tied in hose bag)
Seal while hot
