8 oz. Dark Chocolate, chopped
7 tbsp. Butter, softened
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Heavy Cream
1/4 c. Hot Water
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first five ingredients in a double boiler. Melt the chocolate mixture over the simmering water.(medium to low heat) Stir it with a wooden spoon, for about five minutes. Remove it from the heat and add the vanilla and salt. Serve this warm over ice cream. Sauce may be stored in the refrigerator and re-warmed.
