5 lbs hamburger 5 tsp tender quick salt 1 1/2 tsp mustard seed 2 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1 tbsp hickory smoke salt
Combine all ingredients, cover and let set in refrigerator, stirring each day, on the 4th day form into 4 balls and roll out to long rolls place rolls on rack in shallow pan-like jelly roll pan Bake @ 140 uncovered for 8 hours Cool, wrap and store in refrigerator freezes well
