Basic Cheese Cake Recipe

1 c graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c finely chopped walnuts
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
5 Tbsp melted butter
Mix and bake for 10 minutes. COOL
3 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 c white sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 c heavy cream
3 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp vanilla
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese,and sugar together until smooth. Beat in sour cream and heavy ccream. Blend in flour and vanilla. With mixer on low speed, add eggs one at a time. Pour over crust.
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, until middle is almost set( filling will be soft)
Refrigerate at least 6 hrs or overnight before removing form pan.
