2 lbs ground beef (lean chuck or round)
1 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp liquid smoke
2 tbsp Morton tenderized salt
1/4 tsp onion and garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and make into 3 rolls
Wrap in waxed paper
refrigerate 24 hours
Bake on broiler pan for 1 hour@ 300
Turn oven off, leave meat in oven till it cools
Cool-store-slice
