Ingredients:  
3 large green peppers
1/2 cup hot rice after cooking
2/3 cup moist bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 cup diced bacon fried( may use sausage)
1 medium onion chopped fine
1 cup Campbell tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil peppers 5 minutes in water , add 1/8 tsp soda to water
fry bacon or sausage in sauce pan, add onion and butter, cook slowly until onion is done, pour over rice and bread crumbs, add seasonings and 1/2 cup Campbell tomato soup, mix thoroughly and stuff into pepper cases, place peppers in deep baking dish, cover thickly with buttered crumbs, add a little water to remaining 1/2 cup soup ( sugar
to taste) and pour around peppers
Bake @ 325 for 40 minutes
