5 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 cup maraschino cherries (dried)
14 oz flaked coconut
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp paraffin wax

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in a bowl. Add powdered sugar a little at a time blending each time until smooth. Stir in coconut. Mixture should be firm. Pat a small teaspoon of mixture and wrap around maraschino cherry and place on cookie sheet in fridge to set. Takes 2 - 3 hours. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin wax in microwave, dip cherry coated candies in melted chocolate and let set overnight in fridge on a cookie sheet.

Time consuming as you have to continue placing mixture in fridge for 10 - 15 minutes at a time until firm enough to continue wrapping cherries.
