2 Zucchini - grated
1 onion - diced finely
200g diced bacon
1 carrot - grated (optional)
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup S-R flour - sifted
5 eggs - lightly beaten
1/2 cup oil
pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix ingredients into a bowl in the order listed above. Pour into a lined slice tin and bake in a moderate oven for approximately 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
