2 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup light corn syrup
2 T. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except vanilla in top of double boiler. Cook over rapidly boiling water beating (while it's in boiler) with electric beaters or rotary beater until mixture stands up in peaks. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix well. Frosts tops and sides of one cake, pound cake or sheet cake.
