1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 T. butter
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 T. flour
1 1/2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 T. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and pepper in butter. Mix cheese and flour. Add ham, onion and green pepper to cheese mixture. Spread in pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients; pour in pie. Bake on a cookie sheet 35-40 minutes at 375.
