2 lb. round steak, cut into 1/2 inch strips
3 T. cooking oil
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 medium green peppers, cut into strips
4 large tomatoes, quartered
1/4 c. water
1 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Brown strips of steak in oil. Add onion, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, tomatoes, green pepper and water. Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Mix cornstarch with a little water and add. Cook 5 minutes longer.
