3 lbs. hamburger,
2 cups quick oatmeal,
13 oz. can evaporated milk,
2 eggs, slightly beaten,
2 tsp. chili powder,
1 cup onion,
1/2 tsp. garlic powder,
2 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp. pepper.

Sauce:
4 cups catsup,
3 Tbl. liquid smoke,
1 cup onion (chopped),
3 cups brown sugar,
1 tsp. garlic powder
Dissolve and pour over meatballs;

Mix ingredients together and shape into walnut size balls. Place in 2, 9 x 13 baking dishes.

BAke at 350º for 1 hour.
