1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sour apples, peeled and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs well. Add sugar; beat until creamy. Stir in dry ingredients and blend. Add vanilla, nuts and apple. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
