2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
2/3 cup whole milk
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 tsp. vanilla
Cream (only needed if frosting is too thick)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Remove from flame. Add sugar, cocoa and milk. Put back on burner and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for three minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat until creamy. Frosts a pound cake or two layer cake. Add a teaspoon of cream at a time if frosting becomes too thick.
