1/3 C Fruit
1/2 C Vanilla or Plain Yogurt

Mix all ingredients and eat.

I like fresh blueberries or dried cranberries the best for the fruit. If you want more protein, use Plain Greek Yogurt. I made this recipe up because I needed a healthy breakfast and/or snack.
