4 oz. Bow Tie pasta,
1 cup Ricotta Cheese,
4 oz. soft-style cream cheese,
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese,
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese,
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning,
1 garlic clove (minced),

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese,
2 Tbl. Parmesan cheese.
12 1/2 oz. jar of spaghetti sauce,
1 lb. ground beef.

Cook past in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Drain. In a bowl mix the cheeses & Italian seasoning. Brown ground beef and garlic. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and cooked noodles. Do not stir. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella & Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook for 5 minutes at 350 until thoroughly heated.
