16 oz. fettuccine, uncooked
4 c. cooked, cubed, chicken
1 tsp. minced garlic
3 tsp. oil
1 c. whipping cream
1-2 packages taco seasoning
4 T. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to directions. In a skillet cook chicken and garlic in oil until heated through.
Whisk in cream and taco seasoning until blended. Heat through, but don't boil. Stir in cheese. Drain fettuccine, toss with chicken.
