1 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 small onion, sliced or diced
1 tsp minced garlic
1 bouillon cube crushed
1 1/4 tsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, onion, garlic, and bouillon cube in large bowl. place meat in bowl, cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight, or 2-3 hours at room temperature, basting frequently. drain meat reserve marinade, thread skewers with pieces of meat, grill over hot coals 5 minutes per each side. for sauce, blend cornstarch, with small amount of marinade in saucepan.

Meat: use rib steak polish sausage, sirloin steak or smoked beef, mushroom, onions , shrimp, whatever you would like to create your kabob
