1 3/4 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 350 for 45 - 50 minutes
Mix dry ingredients together, gradually mix dry and wet ingredients alternatively until well blended.

* Add 1 tsp lemon juice or 2 tbsp boiling water for lighter cake.
* Pour half of batter, top with fruits, drop balance of batter over fruits by teaspoonsful.
