1 frozen pie shell
2 1/2 cups grated cheese of your choice
1 package Knorr soup mix (broccoli, herb or leek)
3 eggs
1 cup chopped broccoli
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie shell @ 450 for about 7 minutes, or until lightly brown & bubbly.
Beat eggs, broccoli, garlic, onion & soup mix.
Layer half of the cheese in the pie shell. Pour in the egg mixture. Top with remaining cheese and pepper.
Bake @ 375 for 35-45 minutes. If the crust starts to get dark, cover with tinfoil.
Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
