1 1/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into blender, process until completely smooth. Brush a 6" crepe pan lightly with oil. Heat crepe pan, pour 2 - 3 tbsp batter. Quickly tilt pan so batter covers entire surface. When crepe is beginning to look crisp around the edges and "set" in the centre turn over and cook 1 - 2 minutes or until crepe is lightly brown.

Fill with freshly crushed fruit, sprinkle with dusting of icing sugar (optional). Serve with Real Canadian Maple Syrup.
