1 1/2 lb pork fat cut into small pieces
3 lbs minced lean pork
3 onions, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp gloves

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork fat in iron pot until crispy, stir often.
Add minced pork and onions, cook until minced port is well done, stir often. Do Not Fry Meat. Remove from heat and add spices. Pour into small molds and sit in cold water until set.
