1 lb. bacon (or bacon bits)
1 large head broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower (optional)
Medium red onion, chopped fine
1 c. raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seed

Dressing:
1 cup Mayo
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry one pound of bacon until crispy and crumble into tiny bits. Chop broccoli (and cauliflower if you wish) into 1/2 inch chunks. Slice onion, chop up fine and add to viegetables. Mix raisins and sunflower seeds. Toss with dressing below.
Chill and serve.
Dressing: Stir together 1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tbsp vinegar. Mix will with salad.
