125 pearl onions (4 or 5 onions per person)
5 cups white sauce
mushrooms
1 1/4 cups chopped parsley
dash of cloves
1 1/4 paprika
(2 tbs sherry)

Directions:
Directions:
Steam the onions. Then make white sauce, use 1/4 onion water and 3/4 cream. Cook together for one minute or until thick enough.

This recipe is missing alot, like there are mushrooms on the ingredients list, but what do you do with them? Also, don't try this recipe without someone (Loretta) to peel the ONIONS!
