1 large pkg. lime jello
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. water
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Over low heat, dissolve jello in 1/2 cup hot water. Add marshmallows. Stir until melted. Add pineapple. Set aside until partially jelled. Then add remaining ingredients, folding in whipped cream. This is also good with strawberry jello.
