pork steak cut into bite size pieces ( 8 or 10)
1 cup of barbecue sauce with onions
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar
1 green onion chopped
1 ( 12oz) jar apricot, pineapple or peach preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork, salt and pepper, not floured
cook in skillet with grease, turn and brown slowly. pour off any grease. mix water, vinegar and barbeque sauce and pour over meat and simmer 45 minutes, add green peppers and perseveres, stir well. cook on low for 1 hour.
Serve on fried rice:
Rice, bacon, egg, onion, soy sauce and salt to taste
