1 egg
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 tbsp dry onion
1 lb hamburger
1 envelope onion mushroom Lipton soup
1 cup water

Directions:
combine first 5 ingredients, shape into patties, brown in skillet with a small amount of oil, sprinkle gravy mix over hamburgers, pour water over top, cover, simmer 20 minutes
