Ingredients:  
2 small pkg. or 1 large orange jello,
2 cups hot water,
2 cups combined apricot & pineapple juice, chilled.
1 large can apricots, drained and cut fine,
1 large can pineapple, drained
3/4 cup small marshmallows,

Topping:
1/4 cup sugar,
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten,
3 Tbl. flour,
2 Tbl. butter
1 cup Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in water. Add 1 cup of juice; chill until slightly set. Folk in fruit and marshmallows. Pout into 9 x 13 pan Chill until firm.

Topping;
Combine sugar, flour, and egg. Add remaining juice. Cook on low heat until thick. Stir in butter. Cool Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on jello mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
