1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp cumin
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese on bottom of 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle with garlic and cumin. Layer black beans, tomatoes and cheese.

Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes until bubbly.
